Our Mission

Smile Mail's Mission: To change the way people perceive receiving their daily mail and parcels. As an organization we will randomly send out uplifting mail and parcels to brighten someone's day. To truly make them smile, while also allowing society to do the same. Together as an organization we promise to strive in making your ordinary mail, extraordinary.

Our History

Life as we know it can be difficult everyday. We truly never know what could happen tomorrow (and what the day could bring). When COVID-19 first started back in March 2020 people were lost, un-sure what to do or how to feel. People lost friends, family, businesses etc. Although the organization was not started in par of COVID-19, it was started to help change lives, to inspire kindness, to make people smile and to make your ordinary mail, extraordinary.
