Yes! All Smile Mail Boxes are 100% free of charge. REALLY! It's FREE!

As of 07/10/2022 we have sent out nearly every Smile Mail request we have received regardless. In the future we will have a policy set to ensure no one is using the system.

We want every single box of Smile Mail to be PERFECT for the recipients . We are not mind readers (which would be pretty awesome!). 

- We ask for your name and email incase there are issues with the address, or other information is needed to fulfill the box.

- We need the recipients name and address to properly address the package

- We ask for the recipients age in case the request is to vague. For example, if someone puts "toys" without an age for a boy we are unsure whether to get a toy for a 1 year old, 5 year old or 10 year old etc. 

YES! There are no applications or restrictions as to who can receive a Smile Mail package. Our youngest recipient was 1 and our oldest was 94! 

Yes we do! Since we are sending these items to other people all items must be in near new condition otherwise we may have to turn them away. Great items include, household items, coloring books, toys, candles, inspirational items etc. All donations either monetary or physical are tax deductible!

Whether or not you make a physical donation of items or a monetary donation we will always mail you a tax receipt (or you can pick it up from our location in the Eastern Hills Mall). Unfortunately, there is no way for an on demand receipt unless we are aware of the donation prior as all letters are printed and signed

We will NEVER sell your address to any 3rd Party Vendors. All address are kept confidential to our business and our business only. If someone claims they received your address from us it's a scam, and kindly let us know so we can take corrective actions
