You as the requestor are a vital part of the success of a "SMILE" for the recipients Smile Mail Package. Anyone in the world can request a Smile Mail Package for anyone in the United States. For any reason!

All Smile Mail packages are documented to the fullest extent. Each Smile Mail request must be made online or at our location in the Eastern Hills Mall. This form will include the recipients.... Name, address, a few reasons why we are sending them a Smile Mail box and a brief description what to add in the package.

Smile Mail requests are received immediately after you submit them to our team. Each requested is looked over, printed out and brought to our Eastern Hills Mall location where all the smiles take place! 

All boxes are handmade by a member(s) of the Smile Mail team. We hand select each item that goes into all the Smile Mail packages. We have a small selection of product at our storefront to choose from. In the event we don't have something there we go buy it! 

Requests can take between 

1-3 weeks for delivery. 

Within 1-3 weeks of your Smile Mail Request your recipient will receive their Smile Mail package!

The only way we are able to make the Smile Mail Packages free are by donations, fundraisers and sponsors.
