TIM HORTONS OFFICAL RULES AND CONDITIONS

- The Winner will receive a gift card for Tim Hortons for the total amount of $821.25 (the max on one gift card is $100.00, winner will receive 8 $100.00 gift cards, and 1 for $21.25)

- The price of the gift card was determined based off the price of a Medium  Coffee on 09/09/2021 which was $2.12, in the event of a slight increase in the cost of coffee within the next year we increased the gift card to cover a coffee for $2.25. We are NOT responsible in anyway for any larger increases from the $2.25 price within the year. We will NOT compensate for any increases. Those increases will need to be paid by the winner of the raffle.

- Tim Horton's has NO way endorsed, sponsored or donated the coffee for a year. 

- All tickets must be sold in order to process the raffle.

- All donations are due within 24 hours of the last ticket being sold otherwise your tickets will be VOIDED and Re-sold

- All Re-sold tickets will be available for purchase for 48 hours after the closing date
